Ghanaian Premier League club Dreams FC has announced the signing of talented striker Joseph Esso from Algerian club MC Algiers.
After previously playing for the Algerian club, the striker makes an incredible comeback for a second stint with the CAF Confederation Cup contenders.
Esso expressed his readiness and desire to play for Dreams FC with all of his heart. Esso said,
“I didn’t hesitate at all to decide to return to this club when the opportunity came up,”
“This place proved to be a good home for me when I first arrived, and I hope to contribute to the aspirations of the club”.
Ameenu Shardow, general manager of Dreams FC, also expressed his joy at the players’ signing.
“Joseph made a great impact on the team during his time here,” Dreams FC General Manager Ameenu Shardow said of Esso’s return.
“He is a player we know very well and we believe strongly he’ll be another great addition to the squad in achieving our targets.”
During his debut season with the Dreams FC in 2020–2021, Joseph Esso scored 11 goals. He is now awaiting international clearance to feature for the team.
