The Confederation Of African Football has released the best-ranked teams in the last 5 years or seasons in the CAF competitions thus, Champions League and Confederation Cup after the quarter-finals of the 2023/2024 season.
The teams were ranked according to the points accumulated in the CAF competitions in the lady five years.
Al Ahly undisputably tops the list after years of triumph on the African soil. In the last 5 years in the CAF Champions League, Egyptian giants Al Ahly have won the CAF Champions League three times and finished as runner-up once.
Moroccan giants Wydad who follow Al Ahly closely on the list have won the title once and finished second twice.
