Omari Forson, a midfielder for Manchester United, will join Serie A team Monza when his Old Trafford contract expires later this month.
With the deal scheduled to be formally confirmed later on Tuesday, it is understood that Forson has reached an agreement on a contract through 2028.
The 19-year-old played in games against Manchester City and Arsenal during his seven first-team appearances in the 2023–24 campaign.
Offers for him to stay at Manchester United were turned down.
The player, who was born in London, joins a team that placed 12th in the Italian top division—though it appeared like they were higher until they lost their last nine games of the season.
