Several Ghana Premier League clubs are interested in signing former Asante Kotoko midfielder Enoch Morrison.
Morrison was released by Kotoko at the end of the season after coach Ogum indicated he was not part of his plans, despite having a year remaining on his contract.
While Asante Kotoko’s loss is another team’s gain, both Medeama, a former champion, and the current Ghana Premier League champions, Samartex, have expressed strong interest in signing Morrison.
According to reports in the local media, Hearts of Oak have also identified the Kotoko outcast as a perfect addition to their squad for the upcoming campaign and are keen on securing his signature.
The 24-year-old striker became a free agent after a surprising departure from Kotoko this week, ending his three-year contract that began in August 2022.
During his time with Kotoko, Morrison appeared in 22 matches, scoring one goal and contributing two assists.
