Atalanta has completed a four-player transfer deal involving Ibrahim Sulemana, Nadir Zortea, Michel Ndary Adopo, and Roberto Piccoli.
Sulemana, a former Atalanta youth product, joins Cagliari while Zortea, Adopo, and Piccoli move in the opposite direction. The intricate agreement utilizes various payment structures and formulas for each player’s transfer.
Sulemana, 25, previously spent time on loan with several clubs before making 17 Serie A appearances for Atalanta, scoring two goals.
His impressive performances on loan at Cagliari and Atalanta earned him a spot in the Ghana national team, the Black Stars.
He was included in coach Otto Addo’s squad for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
