The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has confirmed the 2024/2025 Access Bank Division One season dates.
The first matches will take place throughout the weekend of Friday, September 27, to Monday, September 30, 2024, in all three zones.
The 2024/2025 season, which ends on Monday, June 2, 2025, will consist of 30 weekends with no official midweek matchday.
This strategy aims to reduce the travel burden on clubs. The midweek will be utilised to clear rescheduled matches.
The Access Bank Division One League will have a one-week break before to the December 7, 2024 National Elections to allow players and officials to travel around the and exercise their franchise.
The ten teams that have gained promotion to the Division One League for the 24/25 season are as follows;
Yapei FC, Walewale Catholics Stars, Wa Sore Nante FC, ( Zone 1A), Dormaa Unity FC, (Zone 1B), Sekondi Eleven Wise, Galaxy FC. UCC Young Stars (Zone Two) and Inter Allies, Port City and True Democracy (Zone Three).
