Bernard Somuah, a talented young player for Asante Kotoko, is has signed a loan deal with Spanish La Liga team Celta de Vigo as announced by the club this afternoon.
The 18-year-old winger impressed during a trial and signed with Asante Kotoko for the 2018/2019 campaign.
In his first season, he had a significant effect and was called up to the Ghana U-20 national team.
His potential has not gone unnoticed in Europe, as Celta reportedly finalised a season-long loan deal that includes an option for a permanent transfer.
Somuah scored 22 goals for Afigya Liberty in the lower tiers before joining Asante Kotoko. He has scored in multiple preseason games, including ones against Bibiani Goldstars and Hearts of Oak.
