Karela United dependable defender Ampem Dacosta has been nominated in this years’ Western Showbiz Awards festival.
The promising full back will compete with former teammate Sampson Eduku alongside Boston Celtics Basketball Club sensation Ben Bentil for the best sports icon award.
Also, Medeama Sporting Club and Karela United were also nominated for the best Sports Club of the year category.
Meanwhile, the awards night has been slated for November 24, 2018 at the Takoradi Technical University auditorium.
