English Premier League giant Arsenal has discussed extending Thomas Partey’s contract by one year with his representation. According to sources, Partey is willing to extend his contract, but he is delaying his decision due to interest from Juventus and Barcelona.
The midfielder has come under intense pressure and scrutiny from fans citing his unwillingness during national duties. He is part of several Black Stars players who opted out of the last stages of the AFCON qualifiers which Ghana failed to qualify.
However, Partey has been phenomenal for Arsenal in their pursuit of the English Premier League title though there is no sign of catching Liverpool who are 13 points clear at the top.
