Newscaster, Abena Owusu Nyamekye Ampadu has officially announced her departure from Citi/TV.
The industrious broadcaster has left the Omni Media Group Limited after tendering in her resignation on Friday, May 28, 2021.
She made the announcement on her social media handlers stating that her stay at Citi FM/TV was a great experience.
Her announcement reads, “Good Evening!
My Inbox/DM Has Been Replete With A Particular Question And I Initially Decided Not To Say Anything. But Upon A Second Thought, That Is Unfair To People Who Genuinely Mean Well.
On 28th May 2021, I Ended My Journey With Citifm/CitiTv. It Was A Great Experience. Thank You.”
Before leaving Omni Media Group Limited, Abena Owusu Nyamekye Ampadu was an anchor for Citi FM news programme and also handled the business news on Citi TV.
She joined Citi FM/Citi TV from Starr 103.5FM/GhoneTV after years of service.
Mrs. Ampadu was formerly worked with Kapital Radio and KFM in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.[ads5]
