Black Meteors Goalkeeper, Ibrahim Danlad is confident Ghana will defeat the host nation, Morocco to brighten chances of qualifying for the next stage in the ongoing TotalEnergies Africa Under 23 Championship.
Both teams won their first matches and are will be locking horns today, Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 8:00pm local time for a better place on the league log.
Ghana’s shot stopper, Ibrahim Danlad is very sure team Ghana are going to defy all odds and defeat Morocco in today’s encounter.
Speaking to Kessben TV from their base in Morocco Danlad stated – “I am very confident we will be victorious. Looking at our last training everyone was giving his best even though we played just last Sunday. Attitude of every player is unique I am praying we get good day and also luck comes on our way we will surely win”.

Danlad was the second choice goalkeeper in the previous edition[Egypt 2019] to then team mate, Kwame Baah where Ghana failed to progress to the next stage of the competition.
