President Akufo-Addo has made some appointment to his office for the second term as President of the republic.
The appointments was announced to the general public in a statement from the Director of Communication at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin dated January 19, 2021.
Hon. Akosua Frema Osei-Opare has maintained her position as the Chief of Staff at the presidency with Nana Bediato Asante maintaining his position as the secretary to the President.[ads2]
Mercy Debrah-Karikari has been appointed secretary to the cabinet whiles Eugene Arhin has been maintained as the Director of Communications at the Presidency.
According to the release from the Presidency, the appointees are to assume work on acting basis until a consultation with a yet-to-be constituted Council of State.[ads1]
