Alan Kojo Kyeremanteng has announced his withdrawal from the New Patriotic Party’s flagbearership race despite coming third after Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Honorable Kennedy Agyapong.
According to the former Trade and Industry Minister “It is absolutely clear to me from events leading to, during and after the elections, that the Special Delegates Conference was strategically and tactically skewed in favour of one particular Aspirant” and therefore recuse himself from the main elections which over 200,000 delegates will vote on.
