Alfred Baku: Gold Fields Executive Vice President resigns

The Executive Vice President of Gold Fields, Alfred Baku as resigned from his position.

Mr. Baku who was also the company’s head in the West Africa region, has resigned from his positions to pursue other opportunities, according to statement from the the company.[ads2]

His resignation takes effect from December 31, 2021.

Meanwhile, Joshua Mortoti has been appointed to occupy the positions on the interim before a permanent replacement is appointed.[ads3]

Before his resignation, Alfred Baku was a member of the Gold Fields Group Executive Committee and held a senior position at the Ghana Chamber of Mines.
