Ghana Black Stars workaholic defender Alidu Seidu played 90 minutes for his club, Clermont Foot 63, in their 3-1 home loss to Stade de Rennes in the French Ligue 1 round of 17.
Although the 23-year-old defender did not perform at his peak, he gave it his all. Since they are currently at the bottom, Clermont Foot is having a challenging season.
The defender, who was named to the 50-man provisional squad, intends to play for the Black Stars in the Ivory Coast AFCON competition next year. He was rated 6.6.
Clermont Foot 63 are 20th (last) on the league table with 11 points after 17 matches.
