Black Stars Captain Andre Dede Ayew had a debut to forget on his return to the French Ligue 1 as a saw a red card two minutes after being subbed on.
Ayew, who recently left Nottingham Forest to join Le Havre, had high expectations for his new team.
Two minutes after Ayew came unto the field in the 67th minute of play, the referee red carded him for a poorly timed tackle on his opponent.
After being shown the red card, he now faces a suspension that will keep him out of action for the next three games.
Ayew, who was without a club prior to signing with Le Havre right before the November international break, will need to gather his thoughts and concentrate on having a good influence when he returns to the pitch after serving his suspension.
The game ended in a goal less draw for Le Havre.
