Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan once again came off the bench to rescue Kayserispor in their away game against Akhisarspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Sunday afternoon.
The Ghanaian international replaced Hasan Huseyina in the 46th minutes after Adrien Regattin has opened the deadlock for the home side in the 37th minutes.
Artem Kravets in the 61st minutes restored parity for Kayserispor before another Ghanaian international, Elvis Manu sent Akhisarspor to the lead in the 80th minutes.
A pass from Aleksandr Kucher saw Asamoah Gyan connecting to pull parity in the 90+3 minutes of the fascinating game.
The goal increased Gyan’s tally to three goals this year and his sudden spectacular performance is an incursion for a Black Stars call up ahead of the AFCON 2019.
