Kumasi Asante Kotoko have arrived safely in Ghana after Zesco United defeat in the last group game of the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Porcupines landed this afternoon at the Kotoka International Airport with Ethiopian Airline and will journey to Kumasi.
The team were booted out of the CAF Confederation Cup after suffering from a painful 2:1 defeat at Ndola last Sunday.
Coach Charles Kwablan Akonnor and his charges qualified for the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup for the first time since 2008 but had their dream of making to the quarter-final stage ended after the defeat in Ndola.
The team will camp in Kumasi to prepare for the yet to be announced league season in the country.
