Ghana Premier league record holders Kumasi Asante Kotoko are to set camp in Takoradi ahead of their Africa campaign next season.
The Porcupine Warriors were granted the permission to represent Ghana in the 2018-19 CAF Confederation Cup even though football in the country is in the normalization period.
However, as part of preparations towards the Confederation Cup, General Manager for the Kumasi based team, George Amoako has disclosed that his outfit will arrive in Takoradi on Monday November 5, 2018 for the camping.
The team will stay in Takoradi for ten days and will engage in some friendly matches and an international friendly which is slated for November 18, 2018 before returning back to Kumasi to continue preparations.
Meanwhile, coach C.K Akunnor side have submitted their final squad to CAF for the Confederation cup next season
