Ghanaian division two outfit, Fijai Soccer Academy have transferred enterprising defender Augustine Ganyo to United Arab Emirates side Al Hilal FC.
Ganyo, a talented left-back has joined the UAE division One League outfit after a successful medicals on Friday.[ads2]
He becomes the second player to join the Hawks this year from the Western Region-based lower tier club after Foster Kwabena.
Speaking after a successful transfer of the two players, the President of Fijai Soccer Academy, Jacob Wemegah expressed his excitement for securing the deal and wished the team could be transferring more players abroad in the next subsequent seasons.[ads3]
He continued that, “We further admonished the players to take their trainings seriously and justify themselves to their new club thereby creating avenue for their colleagues in future dealings with AL HILAL FC.”
