George Blay (born August 7, 1980) is a former Ghanaian football player. Blay played a total of nine seasons in the Belgian First Division with Standard Liège (1997–2002), Y.R. K.V. Mechelen (2002–2003) and La Louviére (2003–2006) before making the switch to Romanian football in 2006. In the 2006-2007 season he played in 31 from a total of 34 league games for Dinamo Bucureşti helping the team win the 18th championship in the club’s history.
