George Blay (born August 7, 1980) is a former Ghanaian football player. Blay played a total of nine seasons in the Belgian First Division with Standard Liège (1997–2002), Y.R. K.V. Mechelen (2002–2003) and La Louviére (2003–2006) before making the switch to Romanian football in 2006.
