Agyenkwa FM sports journalist, Peterson Awuah Addo, popularly known as Akwasi Powers has been reportedly attacked by unknown armed robbers. The incident is said to have occurred at Oforikrom, a suburb in Kumasi on Thursday dawn when the sports journalist was on his way to walk. According to report, Akwasi Powers suffered no serious injury during the attack but had his bag containing a laptop, mobile phones, monies and ID cards taken away by the robbers. He is said to have suffered a minor cut at his elbow but currently in a stable condition.
