After nearly an hour of deliberation, a jury consisting of seven members returned the judgments today, January 29, 2024, ending the case that had been pending before the court since 2018 where Major Mahama was lynched while performing his duties at Denkyira-Obuasi in the Central Region. In order to aid the jury in making a decision, the judge had previously summarized the testimony provided by the defense and prosecution.
