A Turkish court sentenced MKE Ankaragucu president Faruk Koca to more than three and a half years in prison for attacking a referee on the field at the end of a league game last season. The verdict came after punching and threatening to kill referee Halil Umut Meler in December last year during the final stretch of a 1-1 draw against Rizespor in the Turkish Premier League. Mr. Koca was furious after the opposition team levelled against them to deny their chances of qualifying to the Turkish League.

19 year old Marc Cucalón from who plays for Real Madrid youth team has announced that he is retiring from football because of the injuries he continually sustain. Marc Cucalon has won his retirement from football early at the prime age of 19 years due to serious injuries. He suffered an ACL injury in 2022 during the surgery, a bacteria got into the cartilage of the joint which caused an infection. The decision now is to retire at just 19 years old and the younger don’t have an option than to do so.
