The University of Ghana, Legon Sports Directories has confirmed of receiving Money from Ghana Education Trust Fund (GET FUND). to complete the University of Ghana abandoned Stadium. The 30,000-Capacity structure which was handed to CONSAID Ghana Limited in 2004 to construct the Multipurpose Stadium. But the project stalled after the Ghana Education Trust Fund, (GET FUND) rescinded their decision to finance the project. Six players turned up to Sekondi Hasaacas training on day one, Wednesday, September 12 after barely three months of breaking camp.
