Newly promoted Division One League Zone Two side, Skyy FC have landed the services of former Sekondi Eleven Wise midfielder, James Bissue. Bissue has had stint with Hapoel Be’er Sheva, Maccabi Umm Al-Fahm and Ghana Premier League giants, Accra Hearts of Oak.
