The Minister of Works and Housing, Mr Francis Asenso-Boakye, has disclosed that construction will begin in December on a new project to end the perennial flooding of the Odaw River Basin in Accra. Some victims of the May 9, 2001 stadium Disaster have visited President Nana Akufo-Addo. The visit to the Jubilee House took place on Monday, May 10, 2021, President Akufo-Addo announced.
