The fixtures for ten teams scouting and Invitational tournament in Sekondi of the Western region has been announced. [ads1] The two-day competition has been slated to commence on November 18 and end at November 19, 2019 and will be held at the Gyandu Park in Sekondi. The tournament is being organized by Western region division two side Rail Stars Academy and will have scouts from Ghana and Europe present.
