The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced that its will commence another revenue mobilisation exercise from Monday, May 29 to Friday June 2, 2023. This revenue mobilisation exercise, according to ECG, will focus on all categories of customers in arrears including State-owned Enterprises. The Minority in Parliament have issued a statement on the International Monetary Fund (IMF) comment about the poor implementation of the free Senior High School policy. The Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA) has been tasked by the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament to recover Gh¢28,000 missing revenues amassed from some public toilets in the metropolis. The assembly has been given a month notice to refund the money to avoid being referred to the Attorney General for prosecution.
