Former Sekondi Hasaacas midfield dynamo Joseph Ato Bissah has completed a move to Al Rustaq in Oman on a two-year deal. The 28-year old joined Al Rustaq on a two-year deal from Egyptian side Tanta FC. Ato Bissah inked a two year deal for Tanta FC in 2016 after they gained promotion into the top flight .
