Ghanaian attacker Bernard Morrison has won treble with Tanzanian side Young Africans.
Young Africans SC secured their consecutive domestic treble by defeating Azam FC in the final of the 2023 Tanzanian FA Cup on Monday afternoon.
The match was decided by a first-half goal from Zambian international Kennedy Musonda, securing Yanga the prestigious title and marking their third trophy of the 2022/23 football season.
Young Africans reached the final of the CAF Confederation Cup for the first time, and lost to Algerian side USM Alger on the away goal rule(2:2 ) on aggregate after two legs.
They also clinched the Tanzania Premier League title for the 29th time this season along side winning the Tanzania Community Shield.
The Ghanaian played a vital tole in Young Africans SC campaign this season, making over 20 appearances across all competitions.
The 30-year-old played 80 minutes in the victory over Azam FC who also had Ghanaian and former Medeama SC defender Daniel Amoah in their fold.
He rejoined Young Africans SC at the beginning of the 2022/23 season after a surprise move from rivals Simba sc.
The former Ashgold SC player has previously played for Orlando Pirates in South Africa and AS Vital Club in the DR Congo
