Ghanaian forward, Bernard Morrison is set to launch his own foundation (Bernard Morrison Foundation) to assist the less fortunate in the society.
Following his life experiences and where he is now, the 28-year old attacker who plays for Tanzanian powerhouse, Young Africans want to use his resources to assist the vulnerable.
The event will be held at ShopRite near the Jubilee Grounds in Takoradi on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 1:00PM.
Several dignitaries including Nana Egya Kwamina XI; Chief of Apremdo in Takoradi, Hon Joseph Cudjoe; Effia Constituency MP, Hon John Buckman; former Sekondi/Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly Presiding Member, Hon Abdul Mumin Issah; Sekondi/Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly MCE, Hon Wilson Arthur; former Wassa East DCE and host of others will grace the event.
After the event, there will be football matches to raise funds for charity.
From December 30-31, 2022, there will be charity games at the Effia -Kuma Police Park which will feature top football stars from the Western region including Bernard Morrison, John Antwi of FC Pyramids in Egypt, Joseph Ato Bissah; a former Sekondi Hasaacas skipper, former Medeama Sc and Bechem United defender Nana Egyir, former AshantiGold Sc and Nkana FC defender Richard Ocran and host of others.

Same football matches will be held on January 1, 2022 where Sportscasters in the Sekondi/Metropolis will face Sports Serial Callers with Old Football stars to play Effia Old Stars before BM3 Family will climax the event with an epic clash against Skyy FC.
Bernard Morrison has previously played for Hearts of Lions, AshantiGold SC, AS Vita Club, Orlando Pirates, DC Motema Pembe and Simba SC.
