Ghana midfielder Bismark Adjei Boateng climbed off the bench to play 18 minutes for his club, Hyundai Motors Jeonbuk, in their excellent 3-0 home win over Lion City Sailors Football Club in the AFC Champions League Group Stage match day 3.
The former Right To Dream and Manchester City midfielder was in superb form as he was introduced in the second half, and though he couldn’t put his name on the scoresheet, he was very instrumental for his team.
Hyundai Motors Jeonbuk are 2nd on the Group F table with 6 points after 3 matches, and Boateng was rated 6.4. The 29-year-old has made 10 appearances for the K League 1 club and has scored a goal.
