Following their 5-1 victory over Ivory Coast in the opening game of the WAFU Zone B Under-17 Championship, the Ghana Black Starlets held a recuperation training session at the Accra Sports Stadium.
In order to guarantee the team’s mental and physical recuperation, coach Laryea Kingston put the boys through a variety of exercises.
When they play, the Starlets have a team appearance that exudes promise and ambition, as well as discipline and telepathy.
Coach Laryea Kingston has done an amazing job of combining this talent, and if he receives the support he needs from the Ghana Football Association and the public, he will be the one to lead the future Blackstars that have the potential to win illustrious awards for their country.
The Starlets are now well-positioned to qualify for the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), a competition they have not attended since 2017. The decisive victory was obtained on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at the University of Ghana Stadium in Accra.
On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at University Stadium, the Blackstarlets will take on Benin.
