Head Coach of the Black Stars, Chris Hughton has revealed the technical team is impressed on the level of chemistry between the old and the new players.
FC Nordsjaelland winger Ernest Nuamah and Bechem United’s Hafiz Wontah Konkoni have been handed debut call-ups to the Black Stars ahead of Ghana trip to Madagascar in the penultimate round of games in the African Cup of Nations Qualifiers 2023.
The Black Stars began preparation on Monday and continued on Tuesday with full squad. Arsenal star, Thomas Partey who had a late arrival to the camp also trained on Tuesday.
Chris Hughton was asked about the newly drafted in players and their bond with the old ones and he had this to say – “We are impressed with the level of chemistry between the new players such Hafiz Konkoni and Ernest Nuamah. They are good additions and they will help us.”
