Per our source, Mr. Isaiah Kwarteng has vowed not to contest the upcoming district football association elections despite his outstanding performance as the overlord of the Bia West football.
Our source continues that, Mr. Kwarteng has written to the Western Region FA Chairman Simon Ehomah of his unfortunate decision.

Mr. Isaiah Kwarteng double as the bankroller and the Chief Executive Officer of division two outfit Adjoafuaman United.
He was elected into office as the Bia West District Football Association chairman in 2014.
