The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufu- Addo, has reinstated, with immediate effect, the Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports , Pius Enam Hadzide, and the Board Chair of the National Sports Authority, Kwadwo Baah Agyeman, following the Completion of investigation into the ” Australia Visa Scandal ” by the Criminal investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.
The report of the enquiry into the allegations, which was submitted to the president on Friday 6th July,2018, contained no adverse findings against them.
The president confirmed the deputy Minister for Youth and Sports was exonerated from the Visa Scandal on saturday during his speech delivery at the Annual National Delegates Elections of the New Patriotic Party ( NPP) at the Koforidua Technical University in the Eastern Region.
