Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer of Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly, Honorable Anthony Kobina Kurentsir Sam is confirmed dead.
The unfortunate demise of the Sekondi-Takoradi Mayor occured on Friday, June 12, 2020 at the Ghana University Medical Center.
Honorable Anthony Kobina Kurentsir Sam assumed office as the MCE after a swearing in ceremony at the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly premises at Sekondi on March 24, 2017.

It’s still unknown as to what exactly caused the death of the former Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer, but checks by kyfilla.com indicates that the MCE was admitted at the GUMC on Saturday, June 6.
