The Chairman of Western Region Referees Association Cecil Fleischer has been slapped with 10 years ban of which kyfilla.com an exclusively report.
The renowned referee was banned by the Referees Association of Ghana following his scandalous behavior in the much talked about Anas expose’ video.

Cecil Fleischer was also among the eight Ghanaian referees who were banned 10 years by the Confederation of African Football {CAF} after the Anas expose video on corruption in the Ghanaian football.
