Daniel Lomotey’s brace was enough for the Black Satellites as they run away 0:2 winners in the cagey encounter.
The victory means coach Jimmy Cobblah’ side are closer from qualifying to the next stage of the competition.
Ghana will face Senegal for the top of the group B table on Wednesday February 6 at exactly 3:30PM local time.
