Ghana International Richard Ocran lasted the entire ninety minutes as Nkana FC managed to beat UD Songo 2:1 away in Mozambique.
Nkana travelled to Mozambique to beat UD Songo 2:1 at the Chiveve Stadium today 28th November.
Harrison Chisala had the opener for Nkana in the 41st minutes in the first half before the sensational Fetus Mbewe doubled the score for the away team in the 80th minutes.
UD Songo managed to get a consolation through Sunday Awasa in the 90+3 additional minutes.
Richard Ocran was phenomenal in the game for Nkana as was the reason why UD Songo couldn’t get the equalizer.
The away win for the Zambian side brightens their chances of qualifying to the next round of the competition.
The return leg is slated for Wednesday 5th December, 2018 at the Nkana Stadium in Kitwe, Zambia.
