Ghana’s Dreams FC were defeated 2-0 by Club Africain in Tunis in the CAF Confederations Cup.
The ‘Still Believe’ lads for the first time in their history played in the group stage of any of the CAF inter-club competitions as in this case the CAF Confederations Cup.
Their Dreams of starting their group stage campaign on a good note were dashed as goals from Meziani and Eduwo on the 5th and 19th minutes respectively saw Club Africain grab all three points.
Dreams FC centre back Abdul Jalilu saw a red card after receiving yellow cards on the 59th minute mark.
Dreams FC now lie at the bottom of their group with no points.Dreams FC’s next CAF Confederations Cup game will be against Rivers United FC on Sunday, December 3 at 4pm.
