Confederation of African Football [CAF] gaffer Ahmad Ahmad has arrived in Ghana ahead of an event which he will be presented an honorary doctorate award by one of the leading university in the country.
The President of the Ghana Football Association Lawyer Kwesi Nyantakyi together with some delegations met the CAF gaffer at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra on his arrival.
The CAF chief expressed his gratitude to African Footballing fraternity for supporting his vision of transforming the Africa football.
“If am here it is because of the support I have had from my colleagues across Africa who have supported my vision to transform the game. He told the media after arriving at the Kotoka International Airport.
The work I have done together with my colleagues is what has resulted in this award by the university and I want them to recognized the work we have done so far”.
