The Confederation of African Football (CAF) have rejected Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s registration of defender Yaw Frimpong.
The Porcupine Warriors wanted to register the defender for their next season’s CAF Confederation cup campaign but it has been rejected by the Ahmad Ahmad led CAF.
However, midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei and Stephen Nyarko have seen their registration successful which means they will be part of the team’s for Africa next season.
The Kumasi based team are currently in Takoradi preparing for their big task ahead and would engage Medeama Sporting Club in a friendly which has been slated for November 14, 2018 at the Sekondi Sports Stadium as earlier reported by kyfilla.com.
