The Chief Director of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MOYS), Mr Frank Quist today signed the mandatory performance agreement contract with the Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS) in Accra.
All Chief Directors, per this OHSC statutory requirements, are expected to sign a performance contract in which the targets for their annual assessment are spelt out.
The contract among further things enjoins Chief Directors to execute and improve the quality of service delivered by their respective Ministries, enhance the delivery of their respective core mandates towards the delivery of the national development agenda.
The agreement is reviewed annually and provides the basis for the assessment of the directors at the end of the year.
The Agreement was signed between the Head of the Civil Service, Nana Agyekum Dwamena and the Chief Director Mr. Frank Quist and was endorsed by the Sector Minister Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah. The brief ceremony was also witnessed by the Deputy Minister, Perry Curtis Kwabla Okudzeto.
