Coach Kwesi Appiah has named starting eleven for 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifier against the Harambee Stars of Kenya.
Kwadwo Asamoah will have to wait a little while to mark his over three years return to the Black Stars in a competitive game.
Leicester City’s Daniel Amartey will be leading the side against the Harambee Stars at the Kasarani Stadium at 12:00PM Local Time.
Daniel Opare will be manning the right back position ahead of Harrison Afful whiles Andy Yiadom will operate from the left side of defense.
Daniel Amartey and Nicholas Opoku will play in the heart of the team’s defense – in the poles will be Richard Ofori.
Afriyie Acquah and Edwin Gyasi will be operating at the heart of the team’s midfield – on the flanks will be Christian Atsu and Ebenezer Ofori.
Thomas Partey will play just behind Majid Waris in a 4:4:2 formation.
