The Head Coach of Ghana’s Black Queens, Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo has released a list of 18 players as the team jets off to Brazaville, Gabon to commence the Tokyo 2020 Qualifiers.
Notable among the squad is foreign based, Portia Boakye who was absent during the WAFU campaign.
Debutant Ophelia Serwaa Amponsah of Ampem Darkoaa Ladies made a surprise entry to the squad whiles Philicity Asuako of Police Ladies and Elizabeth Owusuaa of Elimina Sea Lions made quick return to the Squad.
Young and agile goalkeeper, Abigail Tawiah from Elmina Sea Lions will play second fidel to captain and number one choice shot-stopper, Fafali Dumehasi.
