Renowned sportscaster, Obourba Osei Kwaku Cassidy has parted ways with Shama-based radio station, Nyansapo 89.9FM, Kyfilla.com can exclusively confirm
The two times RTP Western Region Personality of the year winner has left the media house as head of the sports department after almost one year and four months of service.
Nyansapo FM has for the past six months seen some of its key presenters resigning for other stations with reasons best known to them.[ads3]
But close source at the camp of the sportscaster, reveal to Kyfilla.com that, Osei Cassidy has decided to end his marriage with Nyansapo FM to concentrate on some family issues and will want to also used the opportunity to stay off radio after sitting behind the microphone for close to two decades.
Osei Kwaku Cassidy has over sixteen years of experience as a sportscaster, having worked with stations like Spice FM, Kyzz FM, Skyy Power FM, Pure FM, Time FM, Shaft FM, Trinity FM, Sikka FM and Energy FM.[ads4]
Nyansapo FM is located at Shama Junction in the Shama District of the Western Region with former member of parliament for Shama constituency Dr. Ato Panford as the owner.
