Outspoken sports broadcaster, Super Obondede has resigned from Kumasi-based Light FM.
The former Sikka FM sportscaster has left the Dr. Kwame Kyei-owned radio station after three years of service.
“Yes I have resigned, I did that on Friday. Working with them for three years is enough”, Obondede told Kyfilla.com when confirming his departure from Light FM.
His resignation same day after colleague Opoku Afriyie Richmond announced his departure from same radio station.
Reasons for their departure continue to be unknown despite several attempts to find out.
Obondede joined Light FM in 2019 and has since been one of the top figures at the station’s sports department.
He has previously worked at Sikka FM, Ashh FM, Silver FM and Fox FM Al in the Ashanti Region.
