The prelims of the maiden edition of the Connect FM Community Rap Battle came to an end at Takoradi over the weekend.
The last three weeks has seen upcoming rappers battling on one stage at three different communities within the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis.
Each of the three communities produced three winners who will be competing for the main crown in Takoradi. Below are the rappers who made the final cut.

Sekondi winners

- Thermal Marley
Takoradi winners
- King suba
- Kobby K
- Kobby Yaaro
Lyrical from Takoradi is however left on the standby list because of the stiff competition between rappers from Takoradi.
The winner will get a recording deal from Media General and lots of other offers and prizes.
